Official ChangeLog system capturing changes & AI prompts
New ChangeLog admin page with Changes and AI Prompts sections, plus auto-logging on publish.
Replaced the basic Changelog tab with a full ChangeLog admin (Changes + AI Prompts). Extended ChangelogEntry with source (Manual/Auto/Retroactive) and app-area fields. Added an AIPromptLog entity to capture system prompts, chat prompts, caption templates, and LLM prompts. A 'Log Changelog on Publish' workflow auto-records an entry each time the app is published.
Same-day waitlist auto-notification on reservation cancellation
Walk-in waitlist guests are emailed automatically when a same-day table frees up.
Added a 'notification_sent' field to the Waitlist entity. The notifyWaitlistOnAvailability function matches the freed table capacity to the earliest eligible waiting party (same-day, FIFO) and emails them. A 'Waitlist Notify on Cancellation' entity-triggered workflow fires on Reservation status → Cancelled.
Reservation edit email notifications & business-hours booking guard
Admin reservation edits can notify guests by email; bookings outside business hours are rejected.
ReservationEditModal gained a 'Notify guest by email' checkbox backed by the sendReservationUpdateEmail function. The submitReservation backend function enforces opening/closing-time business hours and rejects out-of-hours bookings with a clear message.
Public guest reviews page & featured testimonials
Standalone /reviews page with masonry grid of featured guest reviews.
Approved reviews display on a public masonry grid at /reviews; admins moderate and feature reviews from the dashboard. Post-visit review invitations are sent automatically after reservations are marked completed.
Added the Event Calendar
A dedicated calendar view to browse upcoming tasting menus and private events.
Customers can now visit /calendar to see all upcoming tasting menus, wine evenings, and private events in one clean month grid, with color-coded categories and a selected-day detail panel.
Kitchen dashboard, KDS & inventory management
Kitchen display system, dietary prep reports, inventory tracking, and reorder alerts.
KitchenDashboard and KDS manage orders and dietary needs; a daily dietary prep report is emailed to the kitchen. Inventory management tracks stock levels with AI-assisted forecasting and daily reorder alerts. Menu performance analytics inform pricing strategy.
Bank reconciliation center & vendor overcharge AI analysis
Match bank transactions to invoices/vendor payments, plus an AI agent flagging vendor overcharges.
ReconciliationCenter auto-matches bank transactions against invoices and vendor payments with a summary bar and import modal. A vendor_overcharge_analyzer agent compares invoices against VendorPriceHistory to flag pricing anomalies (>10% increases, >15% above market) with confidence scores.

Segmented newsletter campaigns with scheduling, recipient preview, and unsubscribe handling.
NewsletterCampaign supports audience segments (all subscribers, completed guests, upcoming reservations, VIPs, saved contact groups). Campaigns can be scheduled and auto-sent; signups trigger confirmation emails. Each send tracks recipient and failure counts.
Digital gift cards & Base44 Payments checkout
Gift card purchases via Base44 Payments with confirmation emails and ledger sync.
Gift card checkout uses the Wix/Base44 payments flow; the payments-webhook grants access on approval. Purchases trigger confirmation emails and sync to the jtapledger accounting system. Expiry is set automatically on activation.
Tap Room Society loyalty program & founding member wall
Membership tiers, points, referrals, birthday emails, and a digital founding-member wall.
TapRoomMember entity tracks tiers (Regular → Founding Member), points balances, referrals, annual fees, and welcome credits. FoundingMemberWall displays member plates with quotes and photos. Lifecycle emails (welcome, birthday, renewal reminders) run on daily schedules.
Automated cross-platform social media promotion
New promotions auto-post to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn with configurable captions.
A workflow triggers postPromotionToSocial on EventPromotion creation, publishing to Instagram (image + caption), Facebook Pages, and LinkedIn company page. Caption templates and hashtags are configurable in AppSettings; a manual 'Post to Social' button provides per-platform status feedback.
Event promotions & guest RSVP management
EventPromotion announcements with shareable RSVP links, discount codes, and calendar invites.
Admins create event promotions with banners, pricing, RSVP deadlines, and host messages. Each invite gets a unique tokenized RSVP link; confirmed RSVPs are added to Google Calendar. Event invites, reminders, and post-event review requests are automated via workflows.
Reservation system with business-hours validation & companion invites
Full table-booking flow with calendar, time slots, capacity checks, and companion invitations.
Guests reserve online with a mini-calendar, party-size selector, and time slots. Backend enforces opening date, business hours (opening–closing time), per-slot capacity, and duplicate-booking guards. Confirmation emails route through Outlook with Gmail fallback. Companion invite form lets guests invite dining partners and track RSVPs.
